Commission Structure & Payments

Net revenue is calculated as:
Gross Gaming Revenue - Chargebacks - Operating Expenses = Net Revenue
Your commission is a percentage of this net revenue from players you referred. We calculate this monthly and provide transparent breakdowns in your performance reports. -
Our tiered commission structure typically works as follows (exact rates may vary by brand and individual negotiations):
- Standard: 20% - 25%
- Intermediate: 26% - 30%
- Advanced: 31% - 35%
- Elite: 36% - 40%
Higher performance affiliates with significant player volumes are eligible for premium rates. Contact your account manager to discuss your tier placement. -
No. SmartPlay Partners operates with a no negative carryover policy. This means if your players generate negative revenue in any month, this balance does not carry over to the next month. Your account resets to zero at the start of each billing month—there are no accumulated debts between months.

CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) deals provide a fixed payment for each depositing player you refer. These deals are available to qualified affiliates upon request and are negotiated individually based on your traffic quality, volume, and geographic focus. Yes. We can combine revenue share with CPA for a customized hybrid approach. For example, you might earn CPA for each new deposit plus a percentage of revenue from that player's ongoing activity. Hybrid plans are negotiated individually with your account manager.
